What forms of payment do you accept?Our transaction processing is handled by Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to check out. Look for the link on the check out page for payment with out having a Paypal account.
What is the turnaround time for a shirt?An average turnaround time would be 5-7 days from the time of order (payment) ‘til it gets shipped. We do things different than your average shirt company. The shirt that you order isn’t made until you order it. If we have to get a specific shirt size or color to fulfill your order, then sometimes an extra day or two will be added to the turnaround time. Large orders and custom orders may take additional time.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?We ship via the United States Postal Service. Our rates are based on your location, the weight of your package, and the shipping method that you choose. Shipping does not include handling, not including holidays it can take about a week (domestic) to get your shirt. To calculate the cost of shipping for your order, put in your address during checkout and click continue. The available shipping options to your address will be displayed with their price. Domestic Shipping Options: Priority Mail (3-7 day delivery / ~$6.99) International Shipping Options: International First Class (1-3 week delivery / ~$7.50) Priority Mail International (6-12 day delivery / ~$25.00) If you have any questions about shipping please email us at info@wooftease.com.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, we ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through checkout. If you get an error instead of a shipping option during checkout, please email us at info@wooftease.com with your location and we will get it fixed. Attention International Buyers: Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with WoofTEASE, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package. WoofTEASE cannot be responsible for shirts held in customs or diverted by local athorities.
How do I track my package?First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a Delivery Confirmation number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order. A Delivery Confirmation number is similar to a tracking number, however information about the progress of your shipment is usually not updated until the day your shirt is delivered, and sometimes it says the package was delivered a day or two before it actually arrives in your mailbox. Unfortunately for international orders a tracking number is not given. Sorry!
Do you have discounts for larger orders?We do not provide discounts for larger orders, unless it is a group of the same shirts, such as event or group shirts. Go to our contact page to submit an inquiry.
What type of shirt is used? What are the measurements of the shirts?The shirts we print on are ANVIL® 5.4 OZ. HEAVYWEIGHT TearAway T-SHIRT. Click here for size chart.*colors are limited in sizes 4X and 5X *For orders including size 5X please submit the inquiry under our contact page.
How are the shirts made?Each shirt that we produce is a made to order work of art. We have nothing already pre-made. When an order comes in, we press the logo per your specifications on the shirt, so consider it a one of a kind.
Is it an iron on?No, we do not use iron on logos. The material used is called thermoflex, which is specifically designed to stretch and bond to the t shirt. It is the material used to put numbers on Football Jerseys. Each one of our logos are cut out using a plotter, and then applied under 400° of heat and 200 lbs of pressure on our heat press. Basically, the material melts onto the shirt.
Do you do custom shirts?Yes, we sure do! Just send us a note under the Custom page and let us know what you’re looking for. You choose the color of the shirt; the color of the print. We will then design it and send a .jpeg back showing what it would look like. This process will continue until you are satisfied. Custom shirts range in price. Custom with text only (single side) are $22, custom shirts with graphics (single side) are $25.*For the record; we don’t do Jesus shirts, please don’t ask.
Do you vend at any bear runs/events?Yea, you can find us at a lot of runs throughout the year. Since we have a lot to load up and lug, we tend to keep things closer to the east coast. Be sure to check back to see what events we will be attending.
Are you looking for models?We always want to see how you TEASE! If you are interested, post pictures of yourself to the fan page facebook.com/wooftease. Include the city you are located in, and any other info you think we will find helpful. The more pictures that you include, the better. And please include pics where you are having fun! They do not need to be professional shots. In fact, we prefer pictures of you hanging out, goofing off, smiling, and having fun. Guys that submit photos will be eligible to win a free shirt every month.
